What’s Included in Your Consultation

Your Medical Weight Management consultation includes:

  • Required laboratory testing to assess treatment eligibility, when indicated

Program Enrollment Benefit:

  • One complimentary Vitamin B12 injection per month is included during active program enrollment.
    Complimentary injections are tied to the duration of each program phase and do not extend beyond the phase period, even if medication supply lasts longer.

  • Baseline laboratory testing is included as part of our Medical Weight Management Program to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate.

  • Ongoing follow-up and monitoring are provided only for patients who enroll in a Medical Weight Management program following consultation approval.

Program Structure & Pricing

Medical Weight Management programs are structured by treatment phase and clinical track, determined by your provider after medical evaluation. Each phase includes clinical oversight, medication management, dosing guidance, and follow-up monitoring for the designated duration.

Medical Weight Management – Core Track

  • Phase 1: $525 — 7 weeks

  • Phase 2: $425 — 5 weeks

  • Phase 3: $595 — 7 weeks

  • Phase 4: $495 — 5 weeks

Medical Weight Management – Plus Track

  • Phase 1: $680 — 8 weeks

  • Phase 2: $680 — 7 weeks

  • Phase 3: $580 — 5 weeks

Each phase is billed separately. Advancement to subsequent phases requires completion of the prior phase and provider approval.

Maintenance Phase

Maintenance pricing is based on the patient’s prescribed dose at the time maintenance is initiated. Dosage and pricing may be adjusted over time based on clinical response, safety considerations, and provider discretion.

Consultation Fee

$59 consultation fee is required at the time of booking.

  • The consultation fee will be applied toward your treatment program if you enroll the same day or within 7 days of your consultation.

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable, regardless of treatment eligibility or prescription outcome.

The consultation fee covers medical evaluation, professional judgment, and clinical decision making.
