How It Works

Step 1

Submit a referral
Fill out the form below with your information and your friend’s information.

Step 2

Your friend books & completes treatment
Your referred friend must complete their first paid in-office treatment.

Step 3

You both receive credit
Once treatment is completed, both you and your friend will receive referral credit applied to your accounts.

Referral Reward Details

  • Both the referrer and referred guest receive a $25 service credit

  • Credit applies to services $150+

  • Credit is issued after the referred guest completes treatment

  • Credit expires 90 days from issue date

  • Limit one referral reward per new guest

  • Referral credit cannot be combined with promotions and has no cash value
