1. Program Purpose

The OpalGlow Medspa Beauty Partner Referral Program is intended to establish professional relationships with qualified beauty and wellness professionals. This program provides referral-based account credits as a loyalty incentive while maintaining ethical standards, financial sustainability, and high-quality patient care.

2. Eligible Beauty Partners

Eligible participants include licensed or actively practicing beauty and wellness professionals, including but not limited to:

  • Lash technicians

  • Nail technicians

  • Estheticians

  • Hair stylists

  • Brow artists

  • Makeup artists

  • Wellness professionals

  • Fitness professionals

OpalGlow Medspa reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke participation at its sole discretion.

3. Qualified Referral Definition

A qualified referral is defined as a new client who:

  • Has never previously received services at OpalGlow Medspa

  • Identifies the referring partner at the time of booking, consultation, or intake

  • Completes and pays in full for an eligible treatment or service

Referral credits are issued only after the referred client’s appointment has been completed and paid in full.

Canceled, rescheduled, or unpaid appointments do not qualify.

Referral credits will only be issued when the referring partner’s unique referral code or name is provided by the new client at the time of booking, consultation, or intake.

4. Referral Reward Amount

For each qualified referral:

  • The Beauty Partner will receive a $25 OpalGlow Medspa account credit

  • The referred client will receive a $25 account credit toward their first treatment

There is no limit to the total number of referrals or credits that may be earned.

5. Referral Credit Usage

Referral credits may be applied toward eligible services and products, including:

  • Botox® Cosmetic

  • Dermal fillers

  • PRP and regenerative treatments

  • Microneedling and skin rejuvenation treatments

  • Wellness injections and services

  • Medical grade skincare products

Referral credits may NOT be:

  • Redeemed for cash

  • Refunded

  • Transferred to another individual

  • Applied to prior purchases

6. Credit Usage Limit Per Transaction

Referral credits may be applied to cover up to 50% of the total value of any single transaction.

The remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method.

Example:
Treatment total: $400
Maximum credit allowed: $200
Minimum required payment: $200

7. Promotional Pricing and Credit Use

Beauty Partners may access promotional pricing offered by OpalGlow Medspa.

Referral credits may be used in conjunction with promotional pricing, provided that total credit usage does not exceed 50% of the final transaction value.

OpalGlow Medspa reserves the right to restrict or modify promotional stacking at its discretion.

8. Credit Expiration

Referral credits expire 12 months from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified.

Expired credits cannot be reinstated.

9. Non-Transferability

Referral credits are non transferable and may only be used by the Beauty Partner to whom they were issued.

Credits may not be sold, gifted, or reassigned.

10. No Cash Value

Referral credits have no cash value and may not be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash, refunds, or gift cards.

11. Program Integrity and Abuse Prevention

OpalGlow Medspa reserves the right to revoke credits, suspend participation, or terminate program eligibility in cases of:

  • Fraudulent referrals

  • Self referrals

  • Misrepresentation

  • Abuse or manipulation of the program

  • Any conduct deemed unethical or inconsistent with program intent

OpalGlow Medspa reserves the right to investigate and deny referral credits suspected of fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible activity.

All determinations are final.

12. Program Modification or Termination

OpalGlow Medspa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Beauty Partner Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

Credits issued before termination will remain valid until their expiration date.

13. Program Administration

Referral credits are tracked and managed through OpalGlow Medspa’s electronic medical record system.

Partners may request credit balance information at any time.

Referral credits are tracked and managed internally by OpalGlow Medspa.

Partners may be granted access to view their account and referral credit balance through the OpalGlow Medspa patient portal.

14. Compliance Statement

This program is a promotional loyalty incentive and does not constitute payment for medical referrals or clinical decision-making.

All treatments are provided solely based on medical appropriateness and provider judgment.

15. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the OpalGlow Medspa Beauty Partner Referral Program constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
