At OpalGlow Medspa, we strive to provide an exceptional and safe experience for every client. The following policies ensure clarity, fairness, and respect for your time and ours. By booking an appointment or receiving services with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Appointment Policy
To ensure you get an appointment for your desired date and time, we recommend booking a few weeks in advance. Our website displays the most up-to-date availability.
Please note:
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required for individual appointments.
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required for group appointments.
These deposits will be applied toward your procedure cost if you proceed with treatment.
2. Consultation Policy
We provide free consultations and in-depth skin analysis with one of our expert providers. We believe an informed client with realistic expectations is most satisfied with their treatment outcomes.
Each consultation includes:
Skin type assessment
A discussion of treatment options (short- and long-term)
A personalized plan based on your goals
There is a limit of two (2) free consultations per person per 365 days.
3. Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Out of courtesy to our providers and other clients, we require:
24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule individual appointments.
72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule group appointments.
Deposits are non-refundable if:
You cancel or reschedule with less than the required notice.
You do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled to avoid disrupting other clients.
4. Pricing & Prepayment Policy
All pricing is subject to change without notice. Once prepaid:
Services must be redeemed within one (1) year of purchase.
Payment issues (fraud, chargebacks, etc.) may result in restrictions on future payment methods, including requiring cash-only payment.
5. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be confident in every purchase. Please note:
Skincare products may be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns on opened/used products or gift cards.
Prepaid services are refundable within 10 days of purchase (if not redeemed).
Services received are non-refundable.
Training courses are non-refundable.
6. Child & Pet Policy
Children under 18 receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
To ensure safety and maintain a serene environment, please arrange childcare during your visit.
We enforce a No Pets policy for the health and safety of our clients. Only working service animals are permitted.
7. Photo & Video Consent
We routinely capture photos and videos for clinical documentation as part of your treatment. These images are stored securely in your medical file and used for internal reference.
Marketing use of photos or videos (e.g., social media, website, advertising) will only occur with your separate signed photo/video release form. You may opt out at any time.
8. Communication Policy
By booking an appointment or receiving services at OpalGlow Medspa, you agree to receive communications related to:
Appointment reminders
Post-treatment instructions
Promotions or offers
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time without affecting your care.
9. Privacy Policy & Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use personal information for the sole purpose of delivering care and improving your experience.
